Nice stock looking 7th .. as Player said, I'd lean towards those changes..
If that was my car, the first things (in the spring) would be to tint it, clear and black out the headlights, change to an altezza grill - probably painting the lip, body match the hood and trunk trims. Though those rims are nice stock Honda rims, I'd still change them for a bigger (probably 17) with a black look and polished lip (Motegi FF5s perhaps to keep the same look of your Hondas). Finally would be finishing it off with a nice drop.
Depending on how you want to style your car relates to what you do to it. Remember that this car is yours .. we can all say what to do, how it'd look best, but you have to remember that it is not our property to spend money on.

Don't just clear those lights, gunmetal them. Gunmetal rims with polished lip, at least 17", with a 5-spoke or split-5. Slam it, CF hood (and trunk lid, if you're superambitious). LED the center console, put in a full system, custom trunk setup for the subs, sidemarkers, HID's up front, sooo many options.....

Forget paying someone to do your grille - buy a piece of that grille mesh from Canadian tire, along with a tube of automotive goop, and you can do it yourself in an hour. Total cost (if you buy 2 sheets of the mesh, which can actually do two cars) is $110.

) At least you have the desire to learn unlike others I might know
Don't know about pricing up in Ottawa that you might come across so cannot say .. to give you an example of RMR liquidation prices on some of that stuff:
Neuspeed Sport Springs 4dr - 185$ .. I'd give an exhaust price, but I'm not sure if they are axlebacks, or catbacks - roughly 620 to 750 depending on the company/type from the file I see ..

Hey man..I used to have that sedan but in black
GOOD CHOICE! It has a LOT of potential. With the stocker body kit, you can make it look really hot, but really clean.
I'd start off by getting the goldline springs, or any lowering springs with teh same sized drop (eibach prokit might be the same?). It'll keep your ride comfy, yet look mean.
Next off, go buy the hood piece from a coupe $15 (silver instead of chrome), and the trunk lid thing $40 (04+ sedan) in silver...it'll get rid of the random bling, and make it look hot. PM me if you don't understand what i'm saying, cuz that description i gave is pretty homo
headlights: I'm still a big fan of the halo's. Especially after seeing what Johnny did with his (skiboard). You could also paint the inside of them gunmetal, or even silver to match your car.
after you've got a drop and some tint, you could work on some wheels, tail lights, and then some interior pieces.
BUT FIRST: buy a snowbrush man. hehehe
good luck

Course you need to ignore the altezzas - but hopefully you get an idea ..
Here's an after front shot - though you need to ignore the black TYC projectors

uh... silicone... um... right... he he! no, i didn't use anything to reseal the lights, there should be enough tar left from the original seal to put them back together without fogging!
I might black out the headlights, but it depends what you're doing with your car. With mine i did the whole silver/gunmetal look. But if you're doing like Landin (big baller L) he's keeping it real clean, in which case i wouldn't recommend blacking em out! It all depends on what you wana do with your car!

As far as what to do to your car dude. Do what you like. Everyone has really good ideas but it's your car, so don't do something you don't like just for the sake to dress her up. Good luck

Just kidding I think I gave Freddy pointers, he did do it himself. Freddy is good and his head and tail lights look amazing. John did somethig a little different with his tails and look good aswell.
