2005 Alberta Centennial - Happy Birthday Alberta!
It's Alberta's birthday. Woohoo! On this day, Spetember 1, 1905 - Alberta became a province. Saskatchewan did too, but really, who cares... lol... j/k...
Anyways, every city has a big event planned, and this evening, the province plans to set off fireworks simultaneously in 10 cities/towns, which organizers hope will be seen from space.
So what is everyone doing for today? I'll partake in some outdoor events planned here in Lethbridge, but I'm definitely going to watch some fireworks and get royally shitfaced!
