Rep Power: 0 Turbo on 4dr
Ok I know there is no turbo for any of the 7thgen civic's but for the people who have it can anyone give me an idea of how much they paid for a custom turbo. There is a local shop that said they will do it for $3400 + 700 installation. It comes with everything you need except the electronics like turbo timer and boost controller. I was thinking about hoping on the Si but it looks as if so many people are getting it now so I plan to get a 4dr and drop a t3/t4 fan on it. They also said that it will be safe for me to run it on 7psi for daily driver. They did not say how much of an increase it will give me with my torque or hp. But when installation is complete I get a free dyno run to see whats the stats. I have to hear the sound of a BOV. That's like a part of my religion to hear a BOV everytime I enter a car. Ok civic nation people you guys help me out.

Rep Power: 0 a safe daily driver boost is about 4 pounds... you can theoretically put a turbo setup on any car with enough cash... 4 door or 2 door... whichever.... and $3400 + 700 is seriously a rip... i'm sure you can get it cheaper than that... check out the sf power turbo kit thread... you can get everything in there for like $2900 if 10 people actually put the money down to get it.. heh
