If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: Light weight flywheel?
Agree with sdaidoji on the clutch, stock is fine for a stock engine.
Extra stiff clutch can cause the crank to eat its thrust bearing.
Lighter flywheel: Less stable idle due to less rotational mass, and tendency to set false misfires?
\IDK, no personal experience on this.
FWIW I know an engine builder who chose to use extra heavy flywheel on an engine-----then his air cooled VW Bug would pull the front wheels in the air.

Light flywheel will make you lose torque. No power gains, just rev happier.
Like ezone mentioned, heavier makes torque delivery consistent

I run one, the engine will come up to RPM's easier, help's take of a good bit. I use a stock clutch, have had no issues with it, have a good 2500 laps on it
