F20c swap?

ive been researching cool unheard of swaps like b18 in place of D17 which apparently is illegal. and i came across this while researching a video game lol. It was an F20c swap into a 2000 integra i looked it up cuz i hadnt heard of this particular engine code and was curious. Apparently its the 2.0 S2000 RWD motor and i saw that it had been swapped into a could of 5th gen civics which i so plan on getting one soon i love em. Anyhow would this be possible in the 7th gen or is there truley something that special bout the 95 hatchy. any howi think this would be a dope swap imean a RWD civic .....NICE

ok off topic how the hell do i add my sig to my posts i realize i did it wrong any help sorry ty

Re: F20c swap?

with enough moeny and resources, you can put any engine in our civic.

people have put the LS7, s2000, J series...etc in the civic.

Re: F20c swap?

why would you swap in an engine internally almost identical to a k20a and pay somewhere between $15,000-20,000 to have it done?

Re: F20c swap?

Not sayin I would I love my d17 like I said I was just looking for outlandish swaps and came across that I alot of times come across great deals like a b18 in good cond. for 300$ I drove it and it was perfect just needed a fuel rail the gas in NH is still leaded so it tends to junk stuff up but I thought should I come across a deal id take it

Re: F20c swap?

Someone gave me a running b18. it's sitting in my closet.

The issue with swapping in anything except a k-series is that you need to make custom parts and not many of us, myself included, have the resources or skills to do that. If you swap in a b18 you'll need to custom make the exhaust, mounts, modify the intake, work out all the wiring yourself, figure out what subframe to run and possibly modify it.. i could go on. The reason kswaps are actually not that difficult is that those engines are stock in cars fundamentally similar to ours, besides, b-series are dated and you can buy cheap k engines for $500.

Re: F20c swap?

Exotic swaps - they don't ask how to do, they simply go and do it. Fabricating and stuff included, so you are a step behind just for having asked
