I was considering forged pistons, and cams but im just looking for a fast daily driver. i dont have money to waste, i am just worried about the D17's week tranny and if it will hold up, im considering a tranny swap or reinforcing it some how.

im running the dx tranny and have had no problems thus far, even being at 400hp, im plannin on tryn 2 get some more power soon and i havnt had any doubts about my tranny, but i do rarely beat on my tranny so that may be a big part as well.....also my tranny is stock......if u wwant a fast dailey driver and dont want to waste ur money then take it from me, spend the extra money 1st bcuz u get wat u pay for and dnt wanna buy a cheap kit or watnot that will only crap out on u.....u can get a really good deal right now thru dezod, they got the Force Fed Concepts D17 Stage 2 Turbo System which is liek 500 bucks off on sale, and it comes with:

not to be mean or anything, but seriously, think about it, the manifold your looking at is a third of the cost of the turbo kit your looking at...like every one says, you get what you pay for. imo, it's hard for me to trust a kit like this seeing as how all the decent kits for cars run around $3,000+ when it comes to boosting (whether it being turbo or supercharger) i'd take my time and research parts and build one yourself...for all you know the turbo in that kit could blow at 10psi, intercooler could crack, piping could warp at high temps, line might chafe and start to leak, etc. if you really wanna go with a cheap kit like that then i suggest researching it first, but i wouldn't recommend this kit
