Rep Power: 0 DYNO RESULTS!! (Link to Dyno Sheet in post number 10)
I went to Rage Performance in Montclair, CA on Friday and had my car dyno tuned. The shop is really clean and well taken care of. They had the spoon sports Honda Fit in there and some 500hp Crx's and alot of other badass ****.
Anyway everything went smoothly except for some problems programming my Profec BC. The BC kept bleeding off too much boost so there is a hump in my dyno sheet. This morning I switched it over to manual mode and I think I fixed it so my car is probably making even more power now but.....................
on their Dynojet I put down 199.47 HP and 196.53 Ft.-Lbs at 8 psi.
I'm trying to resize the dyno image enough to post. If anyone has any suggestions for resizing or if someone could host it I would appreciate it.
I'm running a custom kit with a T3 Super 60, a 3in. DP and exhaust with a HKS Carbon Ti Muffler, and my dumptube is open to atmosphere. For fuel I am using Type S injectors ($35 from clubrsx) and the Emanage with all harnesses.
I'm going to try to get that dyno posted as soon as possible (hopefully before tomorrow).

Rep Power: 0 Thanks. It's a whole different car now. JW, there are some pics of when I was doing the install in my members ride's photos. I am probably going to get all new photos of the car later this week or next week.

Rep Power: 0 I told them that I just wanted the car tuned for 8 psi because I had heard that the Type S injectors start to max out around there but the tuner said I had room to boost even higher.

Just watch your air fuel. If you keep increasing the fuel and it doesn't change then back off!
Good dyno runs. Any details on the setup?

Rep Power: 0 Ok, I compressed the file (a little too much). I'm at work and am kinda busy. But like I said before, there were problems with my boost controller on this run that I have since corrected so there is no longer a drop in power between around 4750 and 5500 rpms.

Thanks, I bought U bends online, pieced them together how I wanted, had a local muffler shop weld them together, and then had them powdercoated.

I think they charged me $150. I got ripped off. I know a guy who got 4 rims powdercoated a couple days later for $100. They said some bullshit about candy colors being more expensive.

It got a little rich and then evened back out. No more power drop now, though. I switched over to the manual mode on the E0-1 instead of using the auto learn feature. I am going to mess with the auto learn feature a little more just to see if I can improve boost response even more.

Rep Power: 388 Nice power, 200 with BC probs. Think about the power when that curve is the way it should be... Next time you dyno it, get some a/f #'s for insurance...

WERD!
I tried using the auto boost mode again and it seems to be working right now. I really like the Profec E0-1. It's taking a little while to get everything dialed in but I think it will be worth it once it's done. I think next week I'll be purchasing a wideband A/F gauge. I can't wait to take this bitch to the track.

Rep Power: 0 Hey Drk01civic when you set the E0-1 to manual mode at what percentage did you set your gain at. I have the E0-1 and this thing has way to many functions. Also are you running a low and high boost setting or just 8psi. I was thinking of running 5psi for everyday drivind and then change over to 8psi when I get on it. I only have one question. When you set low and high boost does it change to high boost automatically or do you have to do it manually. Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 Well I'm not boosted yet. I have the gauges installed along with the E0-1 but I'm still waiting on the turbo install. I'll be boosted within a week or two. Oh thats why they have that remote switch, to change from low to high boost.
