for those of u who know about my map code, its been fixed dont know how but it was done through the emanage, also the current plan is adjusting the vtec to take that little dip out of the dyno curve, also working with the ignition portion of the emanage to take some timign out and up the boost to 13, i also posted a picture of the crower rods i have for the d17

Rep Power: 0 Decent numbers especially for a sohc. The power made through is weird where it spikes up and stays in power for a little and then falls off. What kind of turbo do you have, seems that maybe your exahust is a restriction, I didn't see if you made any modifications there or if you had it unbolted for your run.

Rep Power: 0 heh, this is exactly why I am getting a GT-S celica. Unless we do some kinda engine transplant or insaine boost we will never see even see 14s. I would not want to drive my car daily with 11 lbs of boost :-\

uh what are ur numbers, its called sleeve cracking or rod bending...not good...bc im broke..cant afford to break something. and what kinda numbers would u be expecting out of our cars
all i did was pistons, and that was so i wouldnt melt the stock ones

vtec IS engaged... where the hp curve begins to fall and then goes straight up is where vtec kicks in its set at 4600, complete spool up is round 4500, i start into boost round 3500 and then by 4500 im at full boost for the rest of the way, i had the vtec engagement adjusted last night to 4300 to try and smooth that curve out, eve though people said its bad to mess with the vtec on our cars, with that vafc thing, which i dont have, plus im running a ecu that doesnt even know its there bc it never had it to begin with
im confused on where u see restriction, i have a 2.5 all the way back not cat....dont tell me i need a 3in...dont ya think i would have thought of that considering all that ive already done.
i make power from 4500-4600 all the way to rev limiter, the falling off of the curve is the torque
u wouldnt want to drive ur car on 11psi daily??? im not little boost happy person, i have to be bored or pissed or racing to beat the hell out if, other wise if im just driving to work or something i just put it on 5 or 8 psi. 11psi or more is just if im showing off, by the way try 30 psi all day long, thats what the shop owner does in his hatch.
i just bought a drum of c16 race gas, and got some slicks, and that can be only for one thing. ....just waiting til i have time to go to track
as for the fuel maps and getting a picture of them for u that might be hard...its on the shop computer not mine and they are like one big *** excel spreadsheet lookin thing

Rep Power: 288 Dont run the C16 for too long, it will kill your O2 sensors before your done with the first tank of gas.
Only use about 3 gallons at a time.

I love your set-up ! I dont see why you would want a smaller turbo either, since your doing internal work, which means your gonna up the boost, that turbo is perfect, Keeps builing boost.

LOL.. both did 13s on street legalk tires.. and boith of us used some CRAPPY ones too.. once i get some money and some 25x8" slicks.. and custom axles.. i think i can hit low 13s like a 13.3 or so.... put that together with the head porting etc.. and other work i am getting done (SH). and i think i can see 12's next spring... LOL.. in a 7thgen.. CRAZY

All to hit low 13's?? Not to mention after you did all that, Do you think this car would be daily drivable?
I would just take 2500$ down to my mitsubishi dealership, trade in the civic for an EVO 8
Spend another 4000$ on upgrades your gonna have a great DAILY DRIVABLE AWD 12 sec car.
Just my point of veiw.

Rep Power: 560 i can drive nice and easy and just press the gas to the floor in second and rip the tires off at 8psi so imagine what 12-13 is like
as far as the tranny is concerned, back in october i had the whole thing gutted and all new gears and bushing and pretty much the only thing that is stock is the case, everything inside is brand new, under warranty too, 8 pages of parts for that and it took 4 days, let me tell u i got everything i could out of a warranty....no use to have one if u cant use it, i f'd up my guage cluster trying to put on apc white face lay overs well they didnt just lay over, so i f'd up the needles, took it had them get me a new one then they had to ship it to michigan to have the mileage put on it all the while i was driving, so i tried to drive as much as i could bc when the guage cluster comes back it had the mileage from a week ago on it. but mainly i got the dealer for the tranny and that was a big one got a rental car and all too, damn new toyota corolla with a cassette player, i mean seriously who has tape players these days
