well not alot of people showed up for this event. That was a good thing for all the racers because we were able to make numerous passes down the track. sadly my nitrous system was acting up and i was only able to manage a 16.554 down the quarter mile not spraying. I was happy to see some fellow 7th gens representing. i raced a 7th green 7th gen with some graffics and i believe the kaminari body kit. was a really close race and he beat me by .3 seconds. didnt get his name but he was a cool guy.i also raced a silver 7th gen with the usual i/h/e combo and he also had a cam from gude. he ran a 15.9 compared to my 16.6 or 16.7 cant really remeber. it was a good time racing.
The green civic that was me. What's up? Yeah it was pretty cool, not a lot of cars. This was my first trip to the race track and I liked it, now my goal is to go more often to better my 1/4 time. Just to embarrass myself my first quater run was 17.845. HAHAHA but then it came down with every run. The fastest I went 16.56 just CAI and cat backExhaust. Next time I'll go I will have the kamikaze or HP headers and will take out my spare hahaha. I already have almost 50,000 miles on my car so I am to afraid to hook up Nitrous.
All I have to say is that I had tons of fun. There were some pretty fast cars there. I think the black Rx7 ran in low 13's.
I raced the civic in the sig above a Intergra Type R (I got killed) Nissan Z lost by 2 car lengths and older gen civic that I won the race both times. All in all it was a good day.
Nice meeting you Deception2k1civic
I will be there next time.
