well it is kinda late for me to anounce my presence in central champaign/urbana illinois but ill do it anyways.

moved here around June and gonna b here for a long while but not sure how long ill have my 7th gen. Currently in the Urbana area and if u a 05 Magnessium Metallic Civic with Retro'd lights and VA tags feel free to wave or pull over for a chat. besides my lil intro any good meets around here? if not watev's im busy working at Norris Tire and Auto half the time. Other than that hope to see some other 7th genners around other than the ones ive seen so far.

haha i saw you driving one night a few months back sometime around green and lincoln lol. i was trying to figure out how a civic has such good projector lights. alot of us used to hang around the old JBJ parking lot on neil st, and the old best buy. but not so much anymore. parkland college car show is pretty much the biggest thing here. its in May usually and every car in town is there stock or modded. if all goes well today, i should be working at the advance auto parts on prospect so come by and pay a visit!

hahah dude thats awesome. do u live in the champaign/urbana area gear? i do go to parkland college for automotive major. let me know if u do work at that advance i need some discounts! yea i think the only thing that really makes my car stand out from all the rest of the 7th gens around here is my headlight. ive had some issues with them a few weeks ago but found out a box that is hooked up in line with the bulb plug was gettin soaked...but now its fixed and both lights are workin. but yea man if u see me again honk at me ill gladly look for who its comin from and pull over for a chat!

on a diff note i have seen a couple modified 7th gens but they dont look so hot...ie riced. im quite saddened by the fact that the mod scene around here isnt too great or just down right bad...as in too many cars with stupid huge rims or just ugly. i cant say VA is any better but atleast there is a scene goin.

im at town and country apts in urbana, currently working at prospect ave advance auto parts lol. i did see a decent red 6thgen civic with retrofit come in a few days ago. there are some nice modded cars around here, but you gotta wait til summer. most of them dont run their cars in winter. but def come to the auto show at parkland in may.

im located in the apts off cottage grove behind county market. i do see a couple nicely moded civics but the ones i see for 7th gen...not soo nice. but yea ill def come to the auto show in may.

they just hired me and some other guy so they dont need anyone else now. im gonna try and get a job at triple-t car wash too cause right now im barely making enough to pay rent and food. and my car needs money too lol.

we cant get exhaust parts for it, and if we could they are very expensive. why do you need a new cat? old one broken? its covered 8 yr warranty. or go with hi flow if you dont have one.

well i had a rsr exhaust which i had traded my exhaust for it. and then i swapped bak to stock by trading the rsr for stock but while we were swapping a bolt broke on the header and had to drill it out. then i found out there is quite a leak comin from the cat. but w.e ill see about that sometime later.

you know if our cars take a specific grade of brake fluid or does it take DOT 3?

ill have to sit on it for a bit before i do buy the brakes but im sure ill have to get them soon. ill let you know hopefully this week or next week.
