What shop to install Koni Shocks and Goldline Springs?

What are some local bay area shops that I could go to install Koni shocks and Goldline springs? Any east bay shops would be preferred but I'll drive just about anywhere in the bay area.

not to jack your thread, but im looking for a reputable and cheap place to install goldlines in sacramento.

anyone? my girl is really excited to lower her car and im just shopping around for the right place...
