Norcal Meet/cruise. All Invited!, Feb.20 @ 11am-whenever!
What: Meet/Cruise up Mt. Diablo (maybe bbq if necessary)
Where: Heather Farms Park - Walnut Creek, CA
When Sunday, Feb.20 11am-Whenever
Who: Anybody interested!

We'll meet at the parking lot around 11am and hang out/talk for a while, eventually someone or everyone will decide when it's time to test your skill driving up Mt. Diablo. Its not an easy drive as there are many blind corners, narrow lanes, and pedestrians at times. If you do not feel comfortable with "aggressive" driving (NOT illegal), just hang in the back of the pack and take your time to the top, we'll all hang around at the top of the road for as long as people can stand the weather (hopefully it will be nice)
Bring plenty of driving music and whatever else you'd like to show off!
Feel free to spread this around to all the forums, lets make this a diverse event!

*the main entrance next to the shell station, its the first parking lot you'll see on your left if you're coming from the concord side of ygnacio valley rd.
most likely, we'll head down ygnacio valley and hang a right on oak grove and head up that way, i think most people from the area should know that route, and can lead the pack. since it is a difficult route for most (especially those who have never driven mt. diablo) we will most likely take it slow.
*so far we've got people from 7thgencivic.com, v6p.net, bayareatuners.com, honda-acura.net, and here! keep posting around!! nothin like overrunning an entire mountain with hot imports!!

this should be a great meet, as of now, there's going to be a pretty big turnout from numerous forums. this should be a very diverse event, everything from toyota/lexus to honda/acura import or domestic, everybody is welcome! hope to see you guys there.

Nah, count me out. That place isn't particularly my favorite place to drive... especially aggressively. Anywhere else would be fine.

Rep Power: 0 the cruise up diablo is off, roads are too wet to do a cruise with so many people, unless it's really shining and the roads dry off.
THE MEET IS ON RAIN OR SHINE! we'll all still meet at heather farms, and if it gets really heavy, we'll all move down and across the street to applebee's and take over the resturant and bar! hell...we'd all eat anyway.
