Yea, it came with a lot of extras. I always wanted a 20th GTI, but never got around to it. Maybe in the future I can pick one up and track it or something. Are you a member on VWVortex? I used to lurk on there when he had his GLI. Here is a pic. He has an 07' Lexus IS250 now. Feels like an old person car compared to the Jetta, which was so torquey.

Yeah I'm on vwvortex, not on there as much as before though due to busy schedule these days. Interesting how I recently picked up a totalled 20th GTI that got T-boned, already started stripping it down and the plan is to transfer over the motor and tranny to an older MKII GTI. hahaa I agree that the new lexus IS feels old and doesn't have the fun factor, but the IS-F is fun to drive though

Nice cars.
I've been comtemplating leasing a Jetta or Passat as a daily beater since they got the special offers right now. My Bimmer doesn't like to be driven daily (I called it the ultimate maintenance machine).
Never buy a BMW; always lease.

My dad has a Peugeot Diesel from 1983 and that thing still runs and is reliable at 275k miles. I guess they don't make them like they used to.

the IHI turbo thats in my car produces a lot of low end torque since the turbo is small. with the gt30 im hoping to be putting down about 330-340whp/310-320 wtq on 91 oct. don't plan to run toooo aggressive.

Bumpin old threads, thats how us OG members do.
Anyways, totaled the civic a while back now, went to an Acura dealership to get a TSX, didnt get the price where I wanted it, went across the street to the Honda dealership to get a new Accord coupe, ended up driving home a Mustang GT. hahaha
Heres some pics of it stock:
Did some small mods right after buying it:
And here is how it sits now:
-Complete custom paint job
-Carbon fiber body kit, doors, hood and fenders
-DPE 3-piece forged wheels
-Hankook Ventus V12 rubber
-AP Racing 14" rotor 4 piston caliper BBK
-Full Eibach suspension: Springs, shocks, sway bars, bushing, end links, etc.
-Full stereo by Memphis Audio
-Magnaflow one-off custom exhaust: straight pipe with race muffler
-Custom intake/tune
-Killer Glass radiator hoses
Soon to come:
-Full motor build
-Twin turbo setup
-700+ rwhp.
Needless to say, I dont regret losing the civic. I definitely miss it at times, and have considered buying another one for a DD.
Glad to see all the OG's are still around.

Well its airbrushed to look like the metal is peeling off. Its a V8. Im not a fan of big flashy cars like this either, but its a fully sonsored car, so I just rolled with it. haha
