'02 civic EX / toyota celica GTS part 2! hondaguru, where you at? thread was locked. oh well. time for more non-stop goodness! finally got home from DC.

i'd love to race ya. keep it a good, freindly race, and maybe we can hit the strip. mid 13's? eh. shouldn't be too much of a problem. just make sure you leave your interior in and spare tire in.

Rep Power: 0 Hey bud let me fill ya in. He's got a 2000 Si not a 2002 EX. Yup he would definitely spank you unless you are going FI. Even him off the bottle would spank you. GTS are far from a fast car. I'm not saying that Hondas are either but come on man. Think before you post.

Rep Power: 0 what? gts is slow? i believe they have like 180hp to the grank with a 6-speed tranny. they arent slow, they arent fast, they are quick. dont know what guru has done to his Si but i bet it would be a pretty good race.
The power of a manual GT-S is equivalent to an Hype-S, stock vs. stock. If the GT-S is automatic, that's a different story.

Rep Power: 0 when has the civic si been able to spank the gt-s? lets see.....celica gt-s...has more hp....more tq....and less weight and run ALOT better times than the si....i dont see the si winning at the strip or on the highway with an equal or average driver.
