ewww thats a nasty dyno...i had to drive a v6 mustang after wrecking my echo....my god! my manual echo was faster than this thing...now the 5 speeds would be quicker....but damn! it was SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW....i absolutely hated driving that thing

I think Flipper was the one who said "you guys spend your lifetime savings into your hondas" or something like that.
Um not really. Take for example, hm '99 SI. Brand new. They ran about 17,800 back in 2000. So round it up to 20k all togheter. Invest in cat back exhaust, 500$. CAI ah, lets say 250$. Drag turbo, im not sure on price but i'll say 4k. So for 27 - 28k invested with the car, I can have something that burries V8. And its a 4 banger, little honda, groccery go getter. There goes your 50k Corvette. Maybe not Z06, but i have seen people out on streets, with this kind of setup, kill regular c4 and c5. Let alone, freaking mustangs. Cobra. So what. I've seen stock WRX kill it, while cobra was fighiting for traction. S2000 with maybe a vortech setup. Kiss your V8 *** goodbye.
For your info, stock 99 Si with drag turbo, dialed at 9psi pushes out close to 270whp. And GT's are what, 260 at flywheel ? Cobra, 320 at flywheel ? gimme a break with your V8 **** man.
So im sure now you gonna talk about new cobra, 390hp or sum like that. There is a cure for that too. All turbo motor civic will handle it.
Talk about car that weights 3,500, pushes out with that setup close to 350whp. Throw in a LSD, you right there, killing a 35k american legend right off the line, and into the 2nd, 3rd ..bye bye..
And i dunno how can anybody say that HONDA sucks.

In order for Ford to have 120hp per liter in their mustangs, mustangs would have to be stock around 550hp. Yeah, right.

wopeedoo, the f20 makes 120hp per liter, lets get a bigger engine and try that again huh? i enjoy how the f20 makes hp by sacrificing torque, like they say "my lug nuts require more torque than your honda makes"
at least toyota is not cheap like honda, even their fricken corolla has a dohc vvti engine
and i think your "setup"s will involve more than just turbo, i don't know how much a b18 can handle, but a 3sgte can handle 520wheel horse power, with stock internals, try that with a b18?
oh i don't know.. if a b16 with a drag turbo and all those mods are so great, then i guess everyone should be driving a honda and we should forget about boxters and m5s. since all those throaty v8s are no match for a honda! damn! and forget buying anything bigger than a i4, because they all suck, hell your b16 must be bad *** to be able to beat that twin turbo supra and those skylines? hmm...
give it up already, hondas are not the best car maker in the world, and they never will. heck, they even ignore all the honda ethuisist on wanting a fast civic, i mean, that's just so wrong of them for not putting a twin turbo straight four into a civic and make it have 300 horse power, that eco car will be on the top of the world.
and in your world, a b16 turbo should've beat that 1969 charger in tfatf, without nitrous, since you can destroy the supra hands down, LOL

v6 like a 300zx, supra, nsx and so on those cars wil hand you your *** not just rape it . but if you wanna race yer domestic i4's against our import fours go ahead well win Japanese enginering is still superior
