Some of you may not know but im going back to stock. This weekend is my tear down weekend on the civic, But the opportunity arised for me to get 1 last run in on the strip. It was this morning at about 11am. I had enough time to get to the track get through tech and get 1 run in before I had to go home shower, change, and get to work at 1. It was fun and just needed one last blow out run. This was on steelies with 27psi, no system, striaght downpipe.

no scanner so no actual slip for ya'll sorry.
but anyways this was my final race in the 7thgen, or atleast my final race that would be worth talking about. So, to my fellow 7thgenners, and future moders of the 7thgen I say good bye and good luck as a 7thgen tuner. But I will be here to hopefully give many future bike kill stories.

Pick my bike up this weekend, and getting an EVO IX MR next summer, I want an AWD 4-door, with a warranty that dosen't need modifications to be fast. But still with in my price range. Something that I don't have to constantly mess with.

so are you gonna get rid of the sunfire and make this your daily driver and the evo your sorta street race car, like you have been doing with the civic?

keeping the sunfire cause its not really worth selling it runs great and low miles but can't get $hit for it, plus my mom drives it alot cause she dosn't like the truck. then trade the civic in on the evo and have a nice stock or maybe slightly modded EVO is my plan. I want to get back into bikes, so im starting small with the 500 cause its been almost 2 years since ive actually ridden, then get ride of it for a CBR1000 or R1 in another month or so once I get used to the bikes again.

i wish, i'll probably be able to get like 7.5k trade in on the civic cause I have super low miles just hit the 10k mark on it. and i'll have a pretty good down payment. new EVO's go for anywhere between 27-33k here.

yes, good luck with the Evo. As I know more about that car, I notice ppl need either pretty deep pockets or a good paying job to keep that thing going. Warranty is 1 thing.... then maintenance, insurance, gas are another another story.
just wait till 2008 and get the new camaro!!!! also if you want to get back into bikes i would get a 600....they are still easy to start out riding....and will walk any 500!!! also they look better too!

I had a CBR 929 for a year before I laid it down, then decided i was to young ofr a bike thgat big and got rid eof it. And the 500 wa sonly $500 from my cousin cause he never rides it. I'll get something a little bigger in a couple months. And no way im waiting till 2008, or actually 2009 for a new car because i'll never buy a 1st gen model year of a car again.
How much boost were you running on the turbo? Yeah the evos clutch is super gay and burns out very fast, then when you take the car in for warranty they won't replace it because they will say you were racing and launching it extremely high, so don't launch it high. Good luck with everything
