ap2 vs. RX8/G35

Had a few runs last night

RX8: Completly stock, I launched at around 6k fully disengaging the clutch, probably the reason why I bogged a bit, and from the start began to pull away, by the end of the 1/4 I had put about 2-4 car lengths on em.

G35: Then, the passenger comes out of the RX8 and says "do you want to run my car?" Then he tells me hes got a G35, only mod is a Nismo CAI. I new that my Honda would be unforgiving if I got a bad launch so this time I launched around 6.5-7k. Lots of wheel spin but no bogging. I could see his front fenders and bumper at my window the whole time, this didn't change till the end of the race.

Before this I had only run a few LT1s and Mustang GTs, but I felt pretty satisfied with these two wins

A S2000 beat a G35 with those mods? Was it the 05 G35 6MT? Those should have about 298 HP. I think prior to that year it was below 270 HP for the 6MT

Good job...

I ran the S2K against my old RX-8 several times. NO surprise who would win that race...

But the G35...nice...was it the newer "retuned" G35 or the older one?

why do people doubt the s2k beating the g35? it's supposed to be a close race being that the g35 is a tank compared to the s2k no? i've seen several vids of s2k's beating g35's, of course you can say the vids might not have been accurate with them not taking off at the exact same times etc and what not but yea. nice kills

I've lost plenty of races for not launching high enough. Anything less the car than 6k the car will bog.
