I always spray 75 shot that way I have a less chance of falling short of the hp needed to win. Though, I do think that atleast a few of those cars in my list could have easily been beaten with only a 50 shot. Those few actually got destroyed.
Its not all about the hp, its about the torque.

No problems yet. You wont have any either if you're smart. The clutch slips a little during hard engagement going into 3rd and 4th when spraying, but its still holding fine all motor. I plan on getting a new clutch anyway within the next year.
All I can say is do your research, learn as much as you can about it, follow ALL directions in the installation manual, and proceed with caution as you gain experience with it. You gotta be sensible with it, use good judgement, and you wont have any problems. Nitrous is only a bad thing if you do something to make it bad. To answer your question, do I think your clutch will be ok with a 50 shot....it depends on your daily driving habbits I think. I've been spraying a 75 shot for a year now on my stock clutch and it still grabs pretty good daily driven and I've gone through enough bottles to lose count. If I were you I'd plan on buying a new clutch sometime down the road anyway. You're going to need it regardless.
Houstonpimp its not nos, thats a friggin company that makes nitrous systems for cars (nitrous oxide systems), if ur referring to nitrous call it nitrous, an not nos. I think u've been watching too much fnf now days

as i stated in the other thread in GAR.
lay off the whole "it's not NOS it's nitrous oxide, etc, blah blah blah"
seriously. we know. NOS is an ACCEPTABLE term for it, because it is globally accepted and understood. we all know NOS is a misnomer, but for cryin out loud, leave it alone.
I call it NOS. Why? Because people know what i'm talking about.
just like i'm sure when you need to blow your nose you ask for a kleenex, right? yeah well it's not a kleenex. kleenex is a company that happens to make FACIAL TISSUE.
but if you ask for kleenex, people know what you mean.
so NOS or nitrous oxide. either term is acceptable.
