FOR CAR ENTHUSIAST, YOU SURE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ECU/FUEL/SPEED - DRAG LIMITERS. PEOPLE, UNDERSTAND... THERE IS AN ECU THAT CONTROLS THE FUEL AND ONCE YOU HIT A CERTAIN (TRIPLE DIGITS) SPEED, THE ECU CUTS FUEL TO THE CAR WHICH YOU CAN ACCELERATE ANY MORE OR SLOOOOOOOWS THE VEHICLE DOWN. Sorry for caps

Unless you took off the gorverner, than it can go faster... but that's when the drag limiter kicks in, you car will only accelerate as fast as the aerodynamics of the vehicle will let it. The d17 can not hit 135mph +.

Well it doesnt matter! For anyone that missed it was an 04 EX with a K20a3 swap (whatever RSX JDM swap is) it had Tomie cams, full exhaust, intake and something else! EXTURBO6... its Tom u clown lol I told you about this story remember
