it was probably a k20a2 or a3 with decent mods. Yup, real gay that he started so early
is that a ricer response? A turbo does not effect the governer/limiter. Engine mods to your car does not make you car accelerate past what the ecu cut of is. Unless you took off the gorverner, than it can go faster... but that's when the drag limiter kicks in, you car will only accelerate as fast as the aerodynamics of the vehicle will let it. The d17 can not hit 135mph +.

FOR CAR ENTHUSIAST, YOU SURE DON'T KNOW ABOUT ECU/FUEL/SPEED - DRAG LIMITERS. PEOPLE, UNDERSTAND... THERE IS AN ECU THAT CONTROLS THE FUEL AND ONCE YOU HIT A CERTAIN (TRIPLE DIGITS) SPEED, THE ECU CUTS FUEL TO THE CAR WHICH YOU CAN ACCELERATE ANY MORE OR SLOOOOOOOWS THE VEHICLE DOWN. Sorry for caps

The governor is a rev limiter, it doesn't effect speed necessarily, but if you go fast enough you'll run out of 5th gear and the rev limiter will cut you off.
