suprised s2000 driver
yesterday i was driving back home through the mountains when a s2000 came flying by me going about 100 mph. right when he got next to me he slammed on his brakes and reved his engine. he was about 3 car lengths ahead of me and he turned around and just started laughing(he had his top down). so i just dropped it into fourth and i automatically flew by him. it was priceless seeing the look on his face when i passed him and he was trying to catch up. he finally caught up and passed me (when i slowed down) i couldn't help but laugh the whole way home. i thought i would just share this story with you guys. but you needed to be there to see the look on his face. he was like this

I don't think it would matter. i have heard of Civic's taking S2000's around the curves. look at usafstud.
Any good driver in a slower car can take a inexperienced driver in a faster car. On the drag strip or in the twisties.
Obviously there are exceptions. Like a bad driver in a 350z and a good driver in a Geo Metro.

Rep Power: 0 i have it at 8lbs right now but i haven't had the chance to go dyno it. right now the pull is so crazy i can only imagine more boost. hopefully sometime soon i'll be able to take it three hours to the nearest dyno. it really sucks being this far away from one.

Rep Power: 0 no i don't have any videos yet, my digital video camera is at my dad's house(it's about a 4 hour drive from college). but as soon as the track in town opens up or i take it to the dyno again i will record it and i will post them. o yeah not to be a D*** but i want to start a survey on how many people can't wait till civic01vtec gets his turbo so he can change his sig to something like "NOW BOOSTIN", cause it's depressing how he used to have boostin soon and then he had something else and now he just has his turbo blowing out flames. just playin man, i know how bad that wait is, my car was in the shop for four months since mine was the first. at least you have your car.

a lot of people don't know how to drive their cars. meaning they don't drive
to the ability of the car
example, people that drive high revving engines don't heel toe when they go into
the turns, so they go around the turn around 4-5k rpm in the wrong
gear while i go between 6-7k rpm in the main powerband
i'm going road racing this friday with my S2000 buddies, i'm hoping to spank their
*** with my d17. but there is a long straight away where they can get up to 100 mph
while i probably get up to 75mph
i'll try to have someone in the car taping it

****, i waited a little over 3 mths for my kit, the pipes were the wrong color, so i sent them back today and SF is gonna get them redone
I get my fuel system in the mail today and thanx to UPS's carelessness, my fuel system got busted. So, SF is gonna make me a new one.
So, it will prolly be another month b4 i get boosted
and then to top it off....i drop my oil tonite and filter, try to put the new filter on and it is the wrong damn one. Stupid guy at autozone gave me the wrong filter

Rep Power: 0 well that sucks that after all that wait you have to send almost everything back. but at least sf is going to work with you and get everything fixed. it will be all worth the wait once you get everything working.
