Damn! I wish I had a camera.
Sorry guys, I didn't have a camera with me, so a description is gonna have to do. Anyway, I was driving my wife to work this morning, and I saw an older 4-dr integra (early '90s?), white, with limo tint on the windows, cheap looking altezza lights (fogged up I might add), chrome hubcaps 
, blue signal lights and reverse lights , and the best part, an LED exhaust tip tied in with the brake lights 
. I started laughing, my wife asked what I was laughing at, and I pointed to the car. She said to me, now remember, my wife knows nothing about cars or the culture, "Oh, so that's what you mean by ricer." After she said that, I started laughing harder, and as I was laughing, I pulled up beside this guy, and noticed he had the FULL ON gangsta' lean, and had a light strip inside the car, following the lines of the dash. I managed to compose myself just enough that I wasn't laughing while beside him, but thank God the light changed and he turned, cause I couldn't hold the laughter long.
