Rep Power: 0 Good Bye all & Thanks. Civic is gone.
Well After my DUI I dceided I should go w/ a truck so I could sleep in the back after party's instead of driving home drunk.
I put my civic up for sale, and a dealer called me right away and said he'd write me a check for 15,900$$
my asking price. I told him I'll take my subs and amp, and give it up for 15,500$$$
Went down the next day......SOLD for 15,500$$$ The tires were shot, 19,400 miles....I dunno.
My dads selling me his 98 V-6 tacoma xtracab for 12,000. The exact payoff on my loan.
I have 3,000$$ cash now.
Well, I might stop in once in a while....but now I have to learn about trucks.
Heres what it's gonna look like....I have ordered 6" lift, 35's......and starting to black everything out like I did with my civic.
Peace, all and thank you. Trevor

Rep Power: 355 Thats cool, experiencing the best of both worlds.
I think your truck will look tight with all that stuff done to it.
By looking at your *sold* Civic, I can tell you have good taste, keep it up with the truck
Good luck bro.

Rep Power: 309 Haha, Trading in/ getting rid of your civic seems to be a growing trend!
But seriously, please be careful of us little guys on the road. Because you're up so high should mean that you can see everything. That means you should not get into any accidents. When there is an accident involving a 6 lug (or more) vehicle, cars usually get the bad end.

Sweet truck. I had a 99 Tacoma Regular Cab 4x4 2.7 5 speed before the Civic I have now. I wish I never traded it in. I loved that truck. Im gonna drive the Civic around for now and hopefully get into a 2004 Tacoma. Is your truck a 5 speed? Any plans for a TRD Supercharger?
Good Luck with it, not that you are gonna need it, its a Toyota.
Check out Tacoma Territory

Rep Power: 0 Oh man another Oregon civic owner out the door humm well not a big truck fan myself but that looks all right. See too many raised up big wheel and tire setups around here in my area. But if you would use your truck for a truck then I say go for it. Yeah up here it rains so much its tuff to keep a civic looking good but oh well who knows if I will stay here as long as I was thinking. But hope the truck works well for ya.
