Rep Power: 0 Anyone have wood grain kits in their Civic?
Back when I had my 04 Civic coupe with black interior, and now that I have an 05 sedan with sort of two tone tan/dk brown interior I've always wanted a wood grain kit.
Carid.com has a few companys kits available, and show one civic with a kit, but once it comes to sampling the different grains, the interior they use is I think some sort of Dodge, or maybe a Jeep Commander.
My Civic has a dark upper dash, then the rest is tan, with black around the gauges and black around the stereo, plus the stereo is the Factory 6-disc which is silver, so there's so many colors I can't pick which wood grain would look the best, dark, light, etc. I typically like dark woodgrain in black interiors, and then Infinitis with greyish interiors look good with the lighter wood.
Anyway, if you have a kit, please post a pic!

I still love wood grain.
My boss has a 77 Trans Am that he replaced his woodgrain with silverish finish.
The only cars I've ever owned that had woodgrain were a
2005 Subaru Legacy GT Limited sedan and a
1997 Nissan Pathfinder LE.
But both my brothers 2001 and 2008 Lexus GS sedans have had woodgrain, along with his 2004 Range Rover.
I'm surprised you seem to have not seen wood grain in cars other than the 80s...

I'm not saying I haven't seen it. I'm just saying I think the look was the most popular in the 80s, and should stay in the 80s
