CF is alright as long as:
You take care of it, cleaning, waxing etc...
Brandname is there....Seibon, VIS Racing
other than that, my CF hoods been great. Ive owned it for awhile now and
its my daily driver.

FULL BODY KIT = BAD!
if you do get one, don't get fiber glass it's harder to manipulate than polyurethane, mine spent 5 months in the shop so thay could screw with it, the one sideskirt was warped, and the rear had to be cut in half and molded to the half of the origianl bumper (looks bumpy but w.e.)
I GET CRAP FROM EVERYBODY I DRIVE BY for my car looking good with no boost, but no one has the ***** to come up to me and say it.
BODY KITS ARE A HASSLE in my opinion
