Thanks. I just wanter a smaller, fatter wheel. Leather was a nice upgrade from rubber, as well. Thought about going with a Momo or an ITR wheel, but I wanted an airbag and cruise control.
This wheel came along for the right price (about $200), plus the guy took it off within 2 weeks of buying his s2000. It was practically brand new.

About 15 minutes to swap the wheel itself. 5 minutes to swap the S2K cruise control circuit board with the EM2 board. The longest part was soldering in new connectors for the steering wheel. I wanted to ensure that I didn't cross any wires and that that the connections were sound. The wires are all green inside the car and reversed on the S2K wheel. This took about 2 1/2 hours of checking and double checking, soldering the wires to the new pins, as well as removing any flux residue that causes corrosion.

Very nice!!!!!
Just one doubt...to install the steering wheel it self it´s plug and play?
To make the air-bag and cruise-control work that you had to modify the conectors right?

Short version:
Removing the old was a matter of loosening 2 torx screws that hold the airbag on. Disconnecting the Airbag connector, removing the nut that holds the steering wheel on, and using a steering wheel removal tool to "pop" the wheel off. You can pick one up @ Napa for less than $20. This whole process takes 5 minutes. It took more time for me to get the torx wrench and steering wheel puller than to actually remove the wheel. Almost forgot... Before you begin, DISCONNECT you negative lead from your battery (Very Important!)
Another note - Don't forget to unplug / plug the horn wire.
Putting on a new steering wheel takes even less time. Just reverse the process. For ITR / EP3 / DC5 / S2K wheels, these have 2 covers that you need to remove before you can tighten the torx screws.
Here's where it gets interesting:
1) ITR wheel - Single Stage Airbag. Civics have a dual stage airbag. meaning (don't quote me on this), but I believe you will have to use a resistor (2ohm?) to keep your SRS light from illuminating. NO built in Cruise, either.
2) EP3 / DC5 wheels - Pretty sure these are plug and play. Everyone's done this swap, so I am assuming here...
3. S2K wheel - Cruise control plug is way different. Was gonna splice in my old connector, but decided to swap the board that sits underneath the finger switches. One screw holds the board in (as well as the harness / plug). the Civic board is smaller and it looked like the swap wouldn't work, but everything turned out as planned. The hard part was the SRS connector swap. I went to Fry's and picked up two sets of 2 pin connectors (crimp on type) instead of a single 4 pin connector, due to the limited space inside the wheel. Decided to solder, instead of crimp, due to the fact that this is a "life saving" feature and didn't not want to risk a shoddy connection. There are two sets of wires coming from the airbag (one set for each of the 2 stages), yellow and red. Neither set are marked to differentiate negative from positive, ground or hot, etc. It was simply a case of, this is how the wires come out from my old airbag and paying attention to how they connect to the 4 (exactly the same shade of green) wires inside the car. This is how the new wheel's wires should be connected. Taking a few pictures before you snip is something to consider before taking the plunge. A wiring diagram would be even better. I just trusted my instincts. As a safety measure, I put a male connector on the yellow wires and a female connector on the red, so I wouldn't screw it up when I plugged everything in later. Thankfully, everything worked out, and best of all, no SRS Light!

Wow, I thought this was going to look just so-so when I read the title of this thread. I must say, I'm impressed. It looks amazing. It actually looks like the wheel comes stock on your car.
Great job on the DIY.
