I'm impressed.... Very impressed. Your on your way to one sick setup. Any ideas on how much boost you are going to be running? BTW, did I miss it, or do you not have a turbo exhaust manifold? Nice cam... what stage? This might be bad to say, but a lot of members will be lined up for your part out sale if that dark day shall ever come. Initially I'll be running about 8psi (what my WG spring is at). That's until I build the bottom end, install the new head and crank up the boost to whatever is going to get me 350hp at the wheels! Turbo mani is on the top shelf between the cam and the intercooler. The cam is a Crower Stage 2 turbo cam. I made a thread Here about it.

A lot of this stuff will have to be pried out of my cold, dead fingers before I ever part with it, but the few things I know will end up as extras from the second stage build are the turbo mani, PCS-XFC, injectors and converted fuel rail and a few other things. But that's about a year down the road still.

haha no, I took a course on the brain in school so they brought one in that hadn't even been preserved with fermhaldihide or whatever. It was pretty sick but interesting at the same time, I put on some rubber gloves and held it in my hands.

my vtec head is almost done! it'll be nice to compare our #'s...im basically running a stock block, crowered' out vtec head with a stage 2 turbo cam and a kpro running return fuel..

Got my radiator fans, oil line kit, and spare D17 rail, injectors, and plate to start making the return fuel system today.... Waiting for my car to cool down to go install the fans. Also got a set of star sockets. I want to make a clock out of the gear portion of my stocker flywheel. Have to remove that bigass weight that Honda strapped to it first!

Well the flywheel clock idea isn't going to work out like I planned. Wanted to hang at on a wall but its too damn heavy. Guess it will be a desk clock then.

I digress.

Got the fans installed tonight. Install went pretty smooth, I'll post some pics tomorrow. I got two 12-inch slim lines with an install kit for $30 a pop from www.siliconeintakes.com. They arrived along with my T-clamps today from them today.

Gonna start futzin' with some other stuff tomorrow. Also, my damn windshield got hit with a rock on the way to work today and the crack is runnin' across the whole thing already. I'm gonna take this one in the shorts with the
damn exchange rate over here. Yay.

Ooo boy. Problems starting already. Damn oil line kit is completely wrong. Got it from fast-turbo.com and everything is the wrong size and type . It came with ginormous -10 AN fittings for the oil return, which is about 8 sizes too big for the spigot on my GT3071r. That and the oil feed flange is the wrong type as well. Super. I'd post pics, but my camera battery is dead, I'm pissed, and I'm also pretty tired. **** this, I'm going to bed.

Mine were $70 shipped for the pair. So far I'm really happy with them, they definitely pull more air than the stockers (bare hand wind velocity tester!). Now I just need to figure out what to do with the oil feed and drain lines. Not being in the states sucks. I need the Home Depot/Wal-Mart combos that are set-up every 10 blocks in most major cities!

^^^ There' s the man! I have to get a a 4-bolt flange, weld it to the DP, make sure it fits on the exhaust (piece of flex pipe enroute to make sure) and then I'm waiting on a new oil line and water line kit so the turbo stays cool. Other than that I have everything.

How's your schedule for early July look? I've been reading the PCS manual and it makes my head hurt. I'm gonna read it again though, as it can't be that difficult, just new to me.

On the Konigs, yeah, I've had them for about the same time as well. The one on the bookshelf is seriously curbed so I had to order a new one. The clear on the lip looks a bit strange now, but that's probably because I used a pretty caustic cleaner on it once. Oh well, project for winter.

Your V2 Dezod DP should bolt right up to that downpipe, as we have always used the 4 bolt circulars flanges on the D17. Flex pipe will not be needed if you retain the spring loaded bolt assembly and donut gasket the stock has already.
