i hope so. I could have just bolted in a $400 junkyard engine with 100k miles or so, but whats the fun in that! i have my gsxr and a spare car so i didnt have to have it done the next day, so what the heck might as well make it into a project lol. so far i have about $130 into all the parts and im doing the labor and when its done, ill have new piston rings and valve seals and all the valves and seats will be clean and sealing like new. to me thats better than a 100k mile engine with an unknown background

Just a couple of quick shots after washing and before waxing...
Just got the fit rims. No drop, waiting on Tokico to get their act together and have the struts I need.

Hey, I've been in these forums as a spectator for few days now; never bothered to register.. this will be my very first post; I may need your expertise in the future.. I have a ES1 Project of my own these days.. I havent added any mods on it since I first got it back in 2002; 10 year old junk now it's been giving me troubles so needless to say I needed new parts for my old friend. Here's what I've done so far:
Specs: 2002 Honda Civic LX; 4DR AT (I can drive manually too but when i got it 10 years ago my parents would drive it and they dont know how to use stick) *so, yes i will eventually convert it*
-I've replaced..
-Idle Air Control Valve, 4 New Spark Plugs, 4 New Coil Packs, Timing Belt, few scratched/leaking vacuum hoses, new timing belt tensioner, new water pump, both oxygen sensors, replaced the rusted stock headers with Megan 4-1 (couldnt find a 4-2-1 model).. took out the big stock airfilter; replaced with Injen short Ram intake; old oem bodykit replaced with Duraflex (needs repainting) and that's it.
I'm waiting for my cat-back to arrive from CA. to replace my rusted oem part; looking to buy the Venom400 chip out of Nopi; i saw someone's post that's it's cheaper there. also saving up some cash for my suspension.
What else should I work with? I accept criticism (trust me, I know Not a damn thing, what im doing) Im mostly relying on youtube DIY(s) and friends helping me get my car from point A to B.
