It won't be too challenging if you've got a service manual. You can pick one up by Chilton or Haynes for under $15, usually. I've used both, they're both really helpful.

the instructions in the box will tell you whrer to grease. You'll have more than enough grease included but just use up all of it, if you know what i mean.

As for the cables, you wont get it wrong. Once you get it off, you'll be able to put it back on. I would also suggest greys kit and some aluminum bushings. The bushings are great, they shift with no restrictions. Very good upgrade.

Anyways, just look around and check how everything works first before you break something, or as jester44 said, buy a service manual at Wal-mart and read the whole thing. I have actually learned a lot from those books.

cheeersss

i heard if i use my facrory busings that are on my stock shifter they work just as good. Im sure the new busing kit would be better but for now i was going to plan on useing my factory ones that are on my stock shifter.

This thing is really killing me lol i cant wait for it just to ship already thats the worst just waiting. Ill let you know when it comes in thanks

I'm wondering as well. I've had my revo sitting in the box for awhile now and I didn't want to install it until I got grey's kit.

Yeah I have the skunk2 shift **** too, and I also have the type R shift boot. Shift **** is nice and heavy. Type R boot is a little tricky to get in. Plus it doesn't have the same tabs on the bottom of the shift boot like the oem one.
