Ok, i have a set of 20" Lexani Slate rims with nitto tires that i bought like a month or 2 ago. He wants to trade me some 19" Enkei rs-7 wheels with tires that have about 50% tread life left in them and $200. Do you think I should do it and do you think these wheels would look good on my car? My car is posted in the forsale section, just look for the 20's for sale. I have ground controls currently and plan to slam it if i get the 19's. ANYONE, PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

19's or 20's ONLY look good if its your show car. If its your daily driver, 17's work best man. In my opinion, anything larger looks like a toy car, and theirs no such thing as a Civic candy slab with chrome rims.

How slow do you like driving? Obviously you're not going for speed with dubs. Trade for the 19"s in my opinion, then trade those for a set of 17"s.

i had some 18's and i really liked them but i hit a pot hole and dented up 2 of the rims. I had it slammed and tucking tires when i had them. That's the only reason why i would want like 18's or 19's because you can tuck the rear tire and still be low. I dunno just my opinion

i would def upgrade to the 19" Enkeis...Chrome on a civic just doesn't look right to me...even more so upwards of 18"...actually, any rim bigger than 18 on a civic just looks funny to me, but with the right rims and drop you can get away with 19s

lose the chrome, give the 19s a new home

but get pics first to check for curbage and lip damage

well the guy only lives an hour away and from what he says, they are in mint condition, only one of the wheels haves a very small scratch on the lip. Plus, with the $300, i'm just gonna buy 2 new tires for the front and use the other $100 to get my chrome trimming on the trunk and hood,mirrors and lip kit painted. Then i gotta get my downpipe made, get some rsx-s injectors, and a emanage with a PnP and install this turbo kit that i've been trying to put together for a while and i'll be set.

I was driving downtown Austin earlier today, and I realized that I am soo glad I have 15's...the roads suck major *** with dips, raised manholes, and around UT its terrible with hills and craziness. If i would have even 17's I think I would have bent one this afternoon.
