Rep Power: 227 Anyone else down in the dumps now?
Ahh so the time has come. Here in Ohio its snowed a few times and winter is on its way strong. Took the rims off yesterday so its back to steelies and hubcaps for me. Just wondering if anyone else took there rims off and is missing them. Atleast my car rides a lil better since the tires are thicker, but still i miss my rims, the car just looks so different.

Rep Power: 309 *raises hand* i do i do
last week i was incredibly sick, still recovering. on top of that i managed to **** off the shop foreman at work (because i was sick, i wasnt really thinking straight). added bonus! yesterday i got pulled over "ran a red" which was bogus.
that helped me decide to return my car totally stock yet again, just so it makes me less of a police target
i wish i could just withdraw from the world for a few days.

Rep Power: 292 It doesn't start snowing til December in Virginia. I usually take em off a couple of weeks before Christmas along with my body kit. I'm gonna be embarassed when people see my "All Show No Go" sticker on a stock car.
You're right though, the car does feel a lot smoother with oem.

Rep Power: 261 We get some snow here and they salt the hell out of the roads but I still keep my rims because I don't have steelies since I bought my car with the rims. Kinda wish I did have steelies tho since the shitty 7" wide tires really suck in snow.

Rep Power: 0 i'm serious guys. for those who live in seasonal places. FL and CAL are i think the only 2 places in the US that don't snow like you're in Chicago or Detroit!. right now here in FL. the weather is absolute!. florida is a good place to ride or drive yearRound!. I'm originally from New Jersey and i SERIOUSLY think that i'll NEVER leave Florida.....EVER!. it's just that much of a great place. for instance, you don't have to stash your ride for 5 to 6 months over the season just because it's snowing. and the girls are HOT HOT HOT!!!. no bubble jackets or thickass scarfs here my friend!. it's shorts so short that they basically look like panties and tanktops with ***** hanging out the sides!!! skin!!....SKINEVERYWHERE!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Rep Power: 0 what about them?. we didn't even really get 1 single hurricane all season. it's just wind. lol. this year here in southwest florida. we didn't get any. thank god. but people shouldn't have to worry about their cars being in a hurricane. all you have to do is park your civic in an area thats basically in a huge parkinglot. when we have storms or "hurricanes" here. i just park my Ex in an area thats not surrounded around trees and other cars. but i can do with other cars being around. just no potential falling objects or rocks etc. you'd have to be seriously stupid to park your car under or very near a tree when there's a storm happening around your area here in florida. atleast thats how I see it.

Rep Power: 248 come on guys....you should be learning to drive your cars in all conditions.....i live in Grand Rapids michigan and i just use all season performance tires on 17x8's .....as long as the snow doesn't get to excessive you be able to drive your car pretty well....it's just a shame to see such a nice car being idle for too many days/months
