I recently bought a 2001 Civic Ex, which is my first car. I was wondering what are some good first mods. I really want to replace the cheap looking rims first. I know I can change the rims myself but a friend recommended lowering the car because it would look akward. I ran the idea of lowering it by a friend who works at a garage and said it's not really worth it. I'd like to post a picture but the forum wont let me, it's rallye red and has a black interior with a spoiler and moonroof. I was thinking gun metal rims to match but we'll see. I'd appreciate any ideas or tips, thanks.

i recomment suspension first, rims, lip kit and if you feel like it exahust and intake.
