long story to make it short. i was at stop sign. had my right blinker on , one girl just ran into my rear bumper. bumper wasnt really damaged but i can see license plate mark. freaking square, so i put my emergency light on. pulled over. and girl just said "oh bumper looks fine. nothing happened" then she leaves . im like wtf??? i know who exactaly that is. can i really do anything about that? i didnt get her license plate or anything. im kinda pissed that she didnt even say sorry. although bumper seems fine. not cracked or anything.

Tell her you expect payment for damages, and that the local authorities will be contacted if she does not comply. IF. . . IF she doesn't comply, then call the authorities. I seriously doubt you'll have to go beyond step #1.

Get an estimate for repairs ASAP, and have it ready and in writing when you talk to her.
