Question 02 RSX on 03 EM2?

well i was under the impression rsx springs fit our cars so int he summer
i picked up some H&R lowering springs but havnt really found the thread on another site that said it will fit
any1 kno if this will work

i did a search but found mostly strut stuff
im just purely worried about the springs on our stock struts

This is straight from Robbclarks' suspension sticky thread.

"Progressive springs (ie NOT coilover springs) WILL NOT FIT!! Technically they will fit, but the springs are designed for specific weight distributions."

I'm guessing they will be firmer and may increase your ride height if the RSX is heavier and has a longer wheelbase.

I think the engine in the rsx is about 75 pounds heavier than the d17 so if you do actually put them on the ride height will be higher. and your car will probably feel really weird because of the different weight balance

Sorry I didn't see you said you had "lowering springs" from an RSX not stockers. How low is the drop?

why didn't you just get some em2 springs... they probably would have cost you the same. and they are specifically designed for the em2...

I'm from singapore. I used to have the whole complete set of OEM EP3s (Civic Type-R year 2005) in them. Fits without modifications. Just Plug and Play.
