Rear Metal Metal noise

I recentaly been gettin a metal to metal noise from the back of my suspension. My setup is Koni yellows and Neuspeed sport springs. I can hear a noise when i go over a bump or a dip. I checked all the bolts and there all tight. Is this normal? Is it juss the springs hitting against themselves??
All help is welcome.

anyone help me out plz? my car is a 2005 civic 2 dr LX, anyone kno how i can fix the noise, i think i heard that i need coil wrap. Help anyone???

its most likely the upper mount rubbing against the floor of the trunk, I have the same problem just loosen it up and slide some rubber under it and see if that works

what do u mean its the upper mounts? I only get this sound when i go over bumps and dips in the road, it kinda sounds like the rear springs hit each other when they compress and decompress.

Check your swaybar endlinks, if you have one!

Doesn't matter. I just changed the endlink on my wife Mazda Protege (stock)because of this sound... now it's perfect.
