cutting stock springs?

hey, if i cut a few coils off my stroch springs (i want abotu 1.4" drop all around), will that be okay?

there are no sedan springs that have such a mild drop, and coilovers is pointless cuz i only care about soft ride.

or will i run into problems with that?

Yeah there are lots of springs that barely lower your car go to www.ebay.com you will find what your looking for there. Never cut springs your car will bounce and ride like ****. also i doubt you can cut four springs at the exact same point which means your car WILL be lobsided if you try this. Just pay 100.00 and buy a set. Also i put maxspeed springs on my friends lx last week and it had a drop of about 1.5 inch or less.

couple springs on sedans tend to sag in the rear because the sedan's *** is a little heavier than the coupe, h&r and s tech sag a lot, while eibachs dont sag as much.

cool.
where'd you get them from?
any sagging in the rear?
