Almost all the suspension parts fit (sway bars), shift ****, steering wheel, seats with minimal modification, and ummm ya the engine too. Does that help?

Ahh I'm pretty sure they fit too but not sure about the type R on a 7th gen bc of hood clearance or some crap. Someone just posted something about this like yesterday.

Seats do fit bc my buddy put front AND rear seats from an RSX into his ES1. The brackets use a different bolt thats like the only modification and if you have side airbags im 99% positive the RSX plug into the factory harness. I"m sure there's a diy somewhere on here. That's one upgrade I def wanna do come spring. Sunroof I dont know.

A 5 lug wheel wont fit on a 4 lug wheel, but the swaybars should fit- endlinks shouldnt be a problem either. what are you thinking of swaping?

The suspension will fit but you will need to motify some parts (tie rod ends, upper mounts, strut mounts holes).
