i was wondering about rust as well, cuz i live in Toronto and yeah...we all know it snows here so we get lots of salty roads. i was also wondering about the warranty on the product.

well ive beeen reading alot about suspension lately, and im leaning towards the D2 racing coilovers.

They seem better then Hayame, becuase:
1. Adjustable Dampening
2. Not having same problems as Hayame

They seem better then the Tein SS, because:
1. Twice as much adjustable dampening as the Tein. But i doubt i will be able to tell the difference between half clicks.
2. Cost like $300.00 less
3. Can drop lower

So i pretty muched ruled the Hayame's out. Is there any Advantages that the Tein SS have over the D2's? Would those advantages if any justify it costing $300.00 more?

The D2's seem to be currently the BEST DEAL, as far as price / functionality goes.

I thought it was worth it, afterall thats why i got them and sticking with them.
They should ride really nice with 15s.

Tein doesnt really have any advantage over d2s. Tein doesnt offer front upper mounts. INFACT you have to BUY 01 upper mounts if you dont have an 01.

D2s.. with the hayames my dad complained about the little noise everytime we hit a little bump. you dont get that as much with d2s.

Will it hurt the D2s if I have it set at full soft? Also do you guys experience binding problems? On my RSX, the ball mount is hard to turn and swivel around...is it the same for the Civics?

get about a 2" gap between the fender/wheel all round. full stiff in front, 80-90% still in rear (rear is lighter than front)

camber, adjust it to -3 all round.

handling should improve greatly.
