Wheels

I have civic fd and recently bought 18" mags with 45 series tires can i still drop it with tein stech? Will i have rubbing issue if i drop it?

18's are monster truck wheels on civics ESPECIALLY with 45's. i would have gone with 35's

You will probably have rubbing. 45 tires are very thick for a 18" rim. How wide are they? 205, 215, 225? That makes a difference too.

I'm lowered about 1.6" on TEIN coilovers with 17" rims and 225/45 and I have rubbing issues in the rear. Moslty the contact patch width (225) is to blame for the rubbing. It's not too bad, but I will have to roll my rear fenders to eliminate the rubbing.
