4lug velocity wheels 17"x7.5" or same rims but 17"x8" what other info do u need

Clearly you don't have much done to your car if your asking this, just get the 7.5 and save a tiny bit of weight.

what i would do is run 17x7 and get some nice tires (like falken azenis) 215/40/17r

smaller rim width = less rotational weight.
smaller tires that are stick is better than wider tires that are "ok"
