a.) recomended psi
as far as racing applications, there's no set number. It depends on the surface condition the air temperature, individual setup, the tire, the rim its on, the car its bolted to, etc... you gotta play with it.

Rep Power: 0 Aren't your PSi's a bit higher. Honda's recommended PSi is placed on a sticker by the driver's door post. Its usually 30 psi all over. But I only use 28 psi for the front and 30 at the rear.

Rep Power: 356 Honda recomends 30Psi, if you have Upsized wheels then increase that by a few lbs.
For those who run 40+Psi.... the only time my street tires ever saw such preasure was when I was Autocrossing, and that was just to reduce tire rollover. (215/45-17)
Note: if you run too high of preasure you will wear out the center of the tire, if you run to low of psi you will wear out the shoulders.
My PSI..
Daily driven (215/45-17) 32-33 Front 30 Rear
Autocross 205/50-15 (Falken Azenis) 37Front 33 Rear and adjusted as needed for desired handling.

Rep Power: 261 I go from pos to neg camber all the time and will sometimes add more psi just to get the middle of the tire to wear down with the rest.
