This just becomes a game. My guess (and its just a guess) would say it would fit, but I have a feeling you're not going to be able to lower it very much. Provided the offsets work out, the wheels should fit in the fenderwells (a 39mm offset would be ideal, but unlikely)... there are so few cars available with 4x100s anymore, I'd be surprised to find an 8" wheel available with that bolt pattern... its just too wide for almost all the cars with the bolt pattern. Same thing goes for the tires. It will all come down to the offset. I know 225/50/15s fit in the Si. Given the geometry of the suspension, I would venture to say the width is ok, but a 225/35/18 is going to be circumferentially larger I think.
My suggestion would be to find someone that has these sizes and try it out first. I can't guarantee it'll fit.
With fender extensions/flares, then yeah... you can stuff an 18x8 in there. The offset becomes a non-issue cuz you can probably push it out to about 33-35mm to fit flush to the fender flares.

edoprasetyo is an unknown quantity at this point
I think it would fit to your car because currently im using the 18x7.5 and there's still a gap between the tyres and the fender, so I use the spacer to make it go aout a bit.
Thus, 18x8 is a go
