Rep Power: 356 Personally I find that a black car with black wheels is just to much black. It needs to be broken up some way, either by haveing a different color wheel, or by possibly having a polished lip on black wheels, just something that will break up the total Black.

Rep Power: 0 black car black rims does look like steelies. but black w/ gunmetal really matches. i don't think polished lips match, cus' the only thing you notice about the car is the lip ...the huge contrast kinda overshadows everything else.
my car w/ gunmetal ...crumy pic. I've had people tell me they're nice ...non-teenagers too.

Rep Power: 0 IMO, black rims on black cars is a big "no no", it gives the car a very agressive/racer appearance. I like the Clean look and and ANY LIP on ANY rim makes a difference. If you like the RICE/Racer look then get black on black, if you want Clean Lookin Rims. Im sure ppl on this forum can help you out. I think many ppl on this forum have CLEAN rims. Not too many RICERS out there but its all good. i used to like the Rice too. I guess its sort of a stage every car enthusiast goes through . I just picked up on my rims, ALT Liet Speed 16'', its not the best of the best but itll do for now. Peace.

Rep Power: 0 calling my car a biatch?? why you...
...anyways, yeah, it needs to be dropped badly. I have some eibach pros that have been sitting in the closet for awhile, will put them on when I get a stable job. Can put em on myself with help from a friend, but I'd want to get the alignment done, which I don't even mhave money for. N'stuff.
As far as a better pic, I would give it to you if I had one, sorry. Don't have a digital camera, could borrow it from my brother I suppose, but haven't had the time lately. If you send me an email over the weekend (sugaki@hotmail) I'll remember to post a pic in this thread. Otherwise I'll forget.
It looks like anything but stock steelies though. My rims are lighter than stock, aren't impractically large, so there's nothing ricey about them. Don't understand the logic of saying gunmetal rims are rice. Speaking of rice, aren't N1 mufflers ricey? anyways...
It does give it that racer look, giving the illusion that I've modified my car. (Maybe that's why somebody tried jacking my car)

Rep Power: 0 17", 205/40/17. Yup, springs have been sitting in my closet for the longest time. And the rims are gunmetal.
That pic should show that gunmetal rims do NOT look like steelies.

Rep Power: 0 Hmmm. I'm not a real big fan of black on black...(cept when it comes to intercourse then the colors dont matter) but on cars, I dont know, it just looks kinna awkward to me. O well the wheels still look nice and it'll really be set off once "that biatch" is dropped.
