i would say HP Evo's..they come with a nice big lip and look sick on any car..ill post a pic in a few..

SSR makes a great light weight wheel.

www.tirerack.com gives weight for almost every wheel they have.

work wheels have a lot of rims in that style. youre gonna pay through the nose for them though. i think they can make you custom ones that would fit on a civic. you can get anything for enough money.
