I have a 2023 Civic EX that has had multiple audio issues since it was purchased. Currently, nothing will play inside the car, radio, phone auxiliary etc. There is no volume. The audio however will play when the rear passenger door is open and when it is almost closed the audio goes off. In the past opening and closing the doors would make the audio play. This no longer works. The audio system in this model has a power on/off button only and no home button to reset the radio. The only other solution is to factory default it and I am worried it will impact the walk away locking system. Has anyone had similar issues and have any advice?
