Craziest thing I have come across. Heat/AC [solved]
OK so I thought the Fuel pump was making noise while driving. Wrong It is fine. Here is what is happening. When I drive the car with A/C or Heat on everything is fine. When I turn the Fan to Off, I hear a noise in the back seat which sounds like the fuel pump. I turn the **** 3 clicks to on and the noise goes away. I can do this every single time. When I hear the noise, I just turn the fan on. No noise. WTH is going on here and why is the noise in the back seat? I am clueless on this one.

Update. I figured I was hearing noise from the speakers in the back. SO I unplugged the radio fuse and the Fan doesn't work. The PO put in a new stereo and must have hooked it up to the Fan wiring. Some people shouldn't be allowed to have cars.
