2008 Civic LX Alarm Question
The dome light on my '08 Civic wasn't working properly, when you opened any door the dome light would not come on. Also, on my remote I could unlock the doors but not lock the doors. I found the front passenger door switch to be defective and this seemed to solve the problem with the dome light and lock/unlock. However now the car alarm, OEM I believe is now going off every few minutes. So, I put the defective switch back and the issue with the alarm goes away, but now lock/unlock doesn't work and the dome light is not working when you open any door either. Is there a way to reset the alarm!? Any advice is appreciated.
