its been about 4months without my license, about 2 more to go , does this count as a vehicle issue/problem?

damn, you lose your license that long if you have 3 speeding? I'ved had 6 in 2 years and nothing happened. That's in Washington state. I live in OR now so I don't know how it is here. I haven't had any violation for a year so I'm not too worried.
