replacing clutch on 02 Civic EX...

has 150k miles on it and I take very good care of the clutch. Original owner. I ordered parts today and got new pilot bearing, throwout bearing and clutch plate. Did not get pressure plate. Should I have? And is resurfacing flywheel a must?
This is my first clutch replacement and wouldn't even crack into it but throwout bearing making a very angry noise, and he gets angrier every day!

Any decent clutch kit comes with a pressure plate, clutch disc, throwout bearing, and a pilot bearing or bushing. A decent clutch job includes replacing the complete set.
Do you really want to do all that work a second time just because you didn't get a pressure plate?

I have the best luck not touching the flywheels at all. If it's in horrible shape I suggest replacement. (Honda service manual also states to replace, not resurface)

If your angry noise quits making noise when you push the clutch pedal to the floor, it's not the throwout bearing.

Noise goes away when clutch is pushed down. Noise has same pitch as engine. Sounds worse at very low speed. Ordered OEM pressure plate just after I created thread; bearings and clutch disc were already ordered. Didn't see option to order OEM parts as a kit. I believe most local auto parts places have the alignment tool.

Input shaft bearing(s), or at least something internal inside the transmission.

Right. Hondas catalog parts are all sold separately
