Multiple problems 2001 Civic LX . Parts places NO help.
I've seen these problems listed on this forum, but thought I'd start a new thread because I'm having a problem getting anyone to understand what it is I need. The problems happened all at one time:
No AC
Dome light only works manually
Key/headlight warning sound
No intermittent wipers (other speed work)
Power locks
Break light on, but E break is NOT
In what I'm reading something under the dash needs to be replaced. Some are calling it a "multiplex unit"??? Nobody I've called has ANY idea what I'm talking about. Is there ANY other item NAME I can ask for?
They can't tell me a part number to order it.
They can't tell me where exactly it's located.
Needless to say at this point, I'm beyond frustrated with all these occurrences and no obvious fix...

As mentioned in your first thread about this, the MICU is inside the underdash fusebox. You have to buy the fuse box to get it.
